Does BinderFlex use AI?+
No — and that's intentional. Every template is written and reviewed by humans and simply filled in with your business info. You get consistent, predictable language you can rely on, without proofreading AI hallucinations or worrying about your contracts being used to train someone else's model.
Is my data private?+
Yes. BinderFlex runs entirely on your computer. Your business profile, templates, and generated documents are stored locally. Nothing is uploaded to our servers — we don't have any.
What happens when new templates are added?+
Template updates are included with your one-time purchase. When we add or improve a template, it's delivered as a signed update you can accept from within the app.
What formats can I export to?+
PDF and Microsoft Word (.docx). Documents are ready to sign, send, or hand to your attorney for review.
Do I need an internet connection?+
Only to download template updates. Day-to-day use — browsing the library, generating documents, exporting — works fully offline.
