Because the app runs entirely on your computer and we hold no copy of your documents, please never send us your filled-in files — describe the issue instead.

Planned for launch: dark and light themes across the entire app, with a system-follow option so BinderFLEX^™ matches your operating system setting. Colors are chosen to meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast for body text and interface labels, and no information is conveyed by color alone — status is always paired with text or an icon.

Planned for launch: an in-app text size control for the interface, and honoring your operating system’s text scaling settings. Layouts reflow rather than clip when text is enlarged. Generated documents use standard, print-legible typography, and you control the final formatting in the exported file.

Planned for launch: every workflow — choosing a category, opening a template, filling fields, previewing, and exporting — is reachable by keyboard alone. Tab order follows visual order, focus indicators are always visible, dialogs trap and restore focus, and common actions have keyboard shortcuts. The website you are reading now is already fully keyboard navigable.

Planned for launch: template lists and field tables use proper row and column headers so screen readers announce context correctly, and sorting or filtering state is announced rather than shown only visually. The document preview pane exposes its text as readable content, not as an image, and every generated PDF is created with real, selectable text so it can be read by assistive technology and searched after export.

BinderFLEX^™ has not yet shipped, so we cannot claim a completed independent audit. We expect some rough edges at launch — particularly in dense preview layouts and in screen reader announcements during long document generation. Third-party PDF viewers and word processors you open exported files in are outside our control. We will publish an updated statement, with any confirmed gaps listed here, when version 1.0 is released.

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA for both this website and the desktop app, and we treat accessibility defects as ordinary bugs rather than optional enhancements. Accessibility work ships in the same free template and app updates every licensed user receives — it is never placed behind a paid tier.
