End User License Agreement

FLEXEC Advisory LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BinderFLEX^™ in accordance with this agreement. This is a license to use the software, not a sale of the software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by FLEXEC Advisory LLC.

Each license permits a limited number of device activations. The limit is set on our licensing platform and enforced automatically. You may deactivate a device at any time to free a slot for another machine.

You may not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except to the extent such activity is expressly protected by applicable law;
• redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lend the software;
• resell or share license keys;
• circumvent license validation or activation limits;
• remove or alter proprietary notices.

Document templates included with BinderFLEX^™ may be used to create documents for your own business, including documents you share with your clients, employees, and vendors. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish the template library itself, in whole or in part, as a template product or collection.

All content you create in BinderFLEX^™ belongs to you. It is stored locally on your device. FLEXEC Advisory LLC claims no ownership of and has no access to your data.

This license terminates automatically if you violate its terms. On termination you must stop using the software; your own data remains yours.

The warranty disclaimers and limitation of liability set out in the Terms of Service apply to this agreement and are incorporated by reference.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
